A team built for the
toughest missions.
We exist for the moments when standard medical transport isn't enough — when a patient needs intensive care at 40,000 feet, across borders and time zones, without a single compromise on safety or dignity.
Critical care, wherever it's needed.
Air Ambulance Group was founded by a coalition of industry professionals who had spent decades coordinating journeys for patients across the globe. We are on a mission to build a company where clinical expertise drives every decision, where aircraft are configured as flying ICUs, and where the person on the other end of the phone understands medicine as well as emotions.
Today, we arrange a dedicated fleet of fixed-wing medical jets, supported by a global alliance of vetted partners and a 24-hour operations center staffed by multilingual coordinators. We fly patients to the care they need — whether that's across a state or across an ocean.
What we believe
One accountable team
From the first call to the bedside handover, one team owns the mission. The flight nurse case manager you speak to at 3am is the same person coordinating your pickup and briefing the receiving hospital.
Clinical capability first
Our aircraft are designed around the patient, not the other way around. Ventilators, ECMO, balloon pumps — if the condition calls for it, we've flown it. Our medical director reviews every mission before wheels-up.
Transparent from takeoff to touchdown
Families receive updates at each phase — wheels-up, cruise, touchdown, handover. Case managers get clean documentation. Insurers get clear coding. No surprises.
Safety beyond the regulation
We ensure all US fleet partners are CAMTS accredited and exceed FAA Part 135 standards. Our safety management system is audited quarterly. Our training program is continuous, not annual.
Credentials & accreditations
- CAMTS accredited partners. In the USA, the aircraft we arrange are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems, the industry gold standard.
- FAA Part 135 certified partners. Air carrier operations held to commercial-standard oversight.
- ARGUS Platinum rated partners. Top-tier safety audit for business aviation.
- Wyvern Wingman compliant partners. Independent safety verification.
- HIPAA-compliant. Patient data handled with the same care as patient health.
