Every minute counts,
and we're counting with you.
Organ viability windows are measured in hours. Our transplant logistics service delivers donor organs, tissues, and specimens to the receiving team — with priority routing, cold-chain integrity, and real-time tracking.
What we transport
- Donor organs (heart, lung, liver, kidney, pancreas).
- Tissue grafts and bone.
- Bone marrow and stem cell products.
- Blood products for emergency transfusion.
- Research specimens with strict temperature requirements.
How we're different
Transplant transport isn't a standard charter. It requires a dedicated operations protocol — pre-positioned aircraft, crews on standby, priority handling with air traffic control, and specialized cold-chain equipment. We've built a program around these requirements, with transplant-specific dispatchers who speak the language of OPOs, transplant coordinators, and receiving surgical teams.
Cold-chain management
Temperature-controlled containers with continuous monitoring, documented chain of custody, and redundant cooling systems. All equipment is certified and regularly inspected.
Priority routing
Organ transports receive priority flight planning and, where possible, priority ATC handling. Our dispatchers work with receiving airports to minimize taxi time and arrange direct tarmac-to-ground-transport handoff.
Transparent tracking
Transplant coordinators receive real-time status updates — wheels-up, cruise position, ETA adjustments, touchdown, handover. No guessing about where the organ is.
Working with OPOs and transplant centers
We maintain standing agreements with several OPOs and transplant centers. If you'd like to discuss a dedicated transport protocol for your program, contact our transplant logistics team directly.
Every mission starts with a conversation.
Whether you need a quote, a second opinion on a transfer plan, or an immediate bedside pickup — we're standing by.
